Crusaders where today beaten by goals in 90th and 94th minute as Glenavon overturned Jordan Owens early second half goal to collect all three points to go just two points behind Crusaders in the Danske Bank Premiership.
Crusaders started strongly in the game but did not get a breakthrough and eventually Glenavon got into the game but neither could break the deadlock. The second half again started well for Crusaders and they went ahead when Jordan Owens scored a trademark header on 47 minutes. Both sides tarded efforts but it was Glenavon who finiahed strongly when Stephen Murray equalised in the 90th minute before a controversial penalty was given for handball in the box by Rory Hale and Sammy Clingan stepped up to score in the last seconds and Glenavon had the points.
