Crusaders are off over the Glenshane Pass on Saturday as they travel to Londonderry to play Institute at The Brandywell (3pm) and look to keep their unbeaten start to the Danske Bank Premiership intact. Institute though will want to bounce back from a poor display against Glentoran on Monday night and will look to this game as that chance.
Crusaders have enjoyed another good week of training and head into the game in top form. Last weeks 3-0 win against Dungannon Swifts kept the unbeaten start to the season going so we may see little change to the eleven from last week. Sean O'Neill kept another clean sheet last week along with the back four of Billy Joe Burns, Colin Coates, Chris Hegarty and Jarlath O'Rourke and should all begin again. The midfield has been swapped about on occasions and it might happen again but we wait and see who gets the nod. Up front we may see Jamie McGonigle start if Jordan Owens does not pass fit. Paul McElroy may not feature as he gets up to match fitness after signing last week.
Institute only have a point from there opening five games but they will look to change that at home against the top of the table side. A single point gained from a draw with Coleraine is all they have too show so far but Kieran Doherty, who is in temporary control of the side, will urge a response after their poor showing last time out.
So all set for the journey to The Brandywell and we want you to join us. Tickets can still be bought on www.institutefc.co.uk but can also be bought outside the ground before the game. Admission is £12 Adult £8 Conceesion and £5 Youth (12-17). We always enjoy away days in Red & Black so add this one to your list. The lads on the pitch appreciate your following us to away games so let them see and hear you getting behind the team once again. Keep The Faith.
