Caddell has played over 400 games across 12 years for the NIFL Premiership side, and Gers will mark the occasion by sending a side to Seaview Stadium for a 3pm kick-off.
Rangers head of academy Craig Mulholland said: "We are delighted to be returning to Northern Ireland to participate in Declan’s testimonial and look forward to exposing our young lads to a great test against Crusaders. Rangers have a fantastic and loyal supporters base in Northern Ireland and it is great that we can bring some of our exciting young talent to them and they can see a Rangers team on their doorstep. I am sure it will be an entertaining and competitive match and we look forward to playing in front of a big crowd to reward Declan for his long service to Crusaders.”
Caddell, who came through the youth ranks at Crusaders, said: "I am absolutely delighted to have Rangers FC over for my testimonial year. I would like to thank those at Rangers who worked so hard to make this game possible. Rangers are a massive club and I appreciate the effort and time taken to cater for me on my year of celebration. I'm sure it will be a great spectacle not only for Crusaders fans who have given me great support over the past 12 years but also for Rangers fans throughout Northern Ireland during the July Bank Holiday weekend. I look forward to welcoming Rangers to Seaview and I'm sure it will be a great day for all attending."
